Our Founder (A.K.A The Boss)
Andrew Azzopardi set up Sunnyside House in September 2008 with a dream to support our service users to become so independent that they could move away from our service to a more independent life, even when this was not to our financial advantage. His model included a high quality independence training programme My L.I.F.E), an onsite My L.I.F.E training flat to test out their skills plus a quality team to deliver the care and support required. What is also very important to Andrew is to have an honest, genuine culture throughout the organisation to ensure that we are trusted at every level from our service users and their family to the paying authorities and our regulators the CQC.
Our Points Of Culture are based on:
“Promoting Independence, Dignity and Trust”
